I believe to have a healthy life; you need to live a balanced life. This involves both fitness and nutrition. I use my education, personal experience and passion for fitness to help clients achieve their personal goals. Growing up, I played as many sports as possible. However, three years ago, I found my love for a different, well-rounded form of activity. I love that I can relax and work in a fun environment that gives rewards daily. As a personal trainer, I want to share my enthusiasm, love and passion for exercise, and knowledge about building and maintaining a healthy lifestyle.
