Ashley has spent most of her life participating in Physical Activity through dance.
When she is not training she likes to spend her time long distance running, or biking.
She is always striving to continue learning and is currently working towards her CSEP Exercise Physiologist certification.
During the pursuit of her Kinesiology degree she discovered how vitally important both diet and exercise are in one’s quality of life. Ashley is extremely passionate about not only helping people achieve their weight loss or fitness goals but also in educating her clients in how to maintain a balanced healthy lifestyle with confidence.
