I see fitness as an “essential”; our bodies are designed to MOVE. Anyone can improve their fitness level no matter what their physical condition may be. My focus is on healthy body movement and weight management; to restore body function so our lives can remain active and in motion.
I spent five years of my life educating myself in exercise science, learning how the body moves. I’ve worked with all kinds of individuals from varsity athletes to patients recovering from accidents or elders trying to reignite their inner youth and athleticism. Helping others reach their fullest potential is my passion. I believe that fitness is not determined by age, but by ones’ state of mind and work ethic.
