"No one leaves the gym wishing they wouldn’t have come”. It’s a statement I’ve remembered since I started my career in the fitness industry. And it’s true. You’ll never work your body and mind and regret it. It’s a fundamental truth that the harder you work the better you’ll feel. That’s true in the gym and in your daily life. The principles you learn while working towards your fitness goals have a carry-over to how you attack the daily routine in life. Work hard and you’ll be rewarded. It’s as easy as that. As a trainer I constantly see people giving 100% while getting 20% out of it. Why? Things are done incorrectly.

Look around right now and you’ll see an assortment of people doing things perpetually wrong in a misguided attempt to hit a goal that won’t be achieved performing the wrong movement patterns or pushing weight they simply can’t do. Don’t be that person!! Leave your ego at the door and learn how to optimally lift weight and correctly move your body. It doesn’t happen overnight nor should it.
