I believe in a holistic approach to training and to life; finding and creating balance (mind-body-soul). Since 2012, I have worked with: general public (individual and group), rehabilitation, athletes, and sport teams (curlers, dancers, football players, hockey players, rowers, runners, speed skaters, swimmers, track & field athletes, and triathletes).
My ultimate goal is to get you to your best and to make a plan to maintain that balance for your overall health and well-being amidst the often hectic demands of life, work, and family. I want to help you reduce your risk of injury, improve awareness, performance, productivity, and overall quality of life. Based on your assessment and what your needs, wants, and goals are; we will work together to make a plan and discuss realistic ways of incorporating these things into your life.
