Yidong studies Exercise and sport studies at the University of Saskatchewan. He is also a recreation gymnastic coach, and a former soldier. With different life experiences, Yidong will not only focus on physical fitness, but also mental health and an overall healthy life style. After two years of military training, he knows how to push the body beyond its limit to achieve fitness goals.
