Amanda Odne-Simpson

I’ve learned through my journey with fitness that mental health is the basis of physical health. Without it we cannot keep our balance through life and it has taught me many morals from experience. My mission was to take in determination and self-discipline to change the trajectory of my life and better my mindset to stay consistent with physical activity. Yoga practice has aided me during difficult challenges and inspired me to become a teacher. I love to bring a holistic approach to my training and allow the fluctuations of the mind to have something simple to fall back on. I have developed a purpose in my regiments that will support the outcome of goals and aspirations to anyone who seeks a change in the way they live and want to find a new way to grow.
