From Setbacks to Strength

I’m a NASM Certified Personal Trainer with a specialization in Corrective Exercise, along with certifications in First Aid, CPR, and AED. With over two years of experience, I help clients build muscle, lose body fat, improve performance, and move with confidence — both in and out of the gym.

My journey started like many others: overweight, unsure, and following random workouts. Early on, that approach led to a lower back injury and three months of recovery. Instead of stepping away, I used that time to learn how to train properly, safely, and with purpose.

That experience shapes how I coach today.

I focus on structured, effective training built around proper technique, injury prevention, and consistent progression. My sessions are supportive, motivating, and results-driven — designed to help you feel stronger, more confident, and in control of your fitness.

With a background in yoga, I also place a strong emphasis on mobility, recovery, and long-term sustainability.
