From Setbacks to Strength.
I’m a NASM Certified Personal Trainer with a specialization in Corrective Exercise, and certifications in First Aid, CPR, and AED. With over 2 years of experience, I help clients build muscle, lose body fat, improve performance, and move with confidence — in and out of the gym.
My journey started like many others — overweight, unsure,
and just copying workouts. That led to a lower back injury early on, forcing me into three months of recovery. Instead of quitting, I used that time to educate myself and learn how to train properly, safely, and with purpose.
That experience shaped how I coach today.
I focus on structured, effective training that combines proper technique, injury prevention, and consistent progression. My sessions are supportive, motivating, and results-driven — designed to help you feel stronger, more confident, and in control of your fitness.
With added influence from a background in yoga, I also emphasize mobility, recovery, and long-term sustainability.
