Meet Our Trainers

Ashley Miller

I have my Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology with a minor in Nutrition. I am currently a certified personal trainer
with the Canadian Society for Exercise Physiology (CSEP).

I spent most of my life participating in Physical Activity. Growing up I watched most of my family struggle with
weight and including myself with body image issues. It wasn't until halfway through my Kinesiology degree that I discovered how vitally important both diet and exercise are to one’s quality of life. As I have continued my training career I have found a passion for helping individuals who have pain either from a past injury or from simply lack of physical activity throughout their life. As well as individuals who want to prevent chronic pain later in life.

As a trainer my goal for every client is to:
  • Make them feel comfortable and confident in their skin and in a gym setting.
  • Reduce or eliminate any chronic or short term pain related to physical activity.
  • Help them find a way to incorporate exercise and healthy habits into their already busy and hectic life.
Specialties:
  • Fat loss/Hypertrophy/Strength and Conditioning
  • Behaviour, Nutrition, Weight Management and Lifestyle Change
  • Body Awareness
  • Injury Rehabilitation and Prevention
  • Posture Rehabilitation
  • Flexibility and Mobility Conditioning
  • Female Fat Loss
