Brenden Fazekas

I'm an ISSA certified personal trainer and calisthenics coach, originally from Alberta. Growing up, I spent 10 years training as a competitive gymnast and about another 4 years as a performance acrobat. I specialize in strength training, calisthenics, advanced flexibility and functional mobility. I also have experience with bodybuilding. I am in the process of obtaining my nutritionist certification. If your goal is to put on muscle, lose weight, tone up, increase your range of motion or improve your cardiovascular health and metabolic efficiency, I want to help you.
 
I don't believe fitness is one-dimensional. I like to emphasize the importance of facilitating strength training with practical mobility training. Lifting weights is great for your health, but full mobile control over your own bodyweight is what will preserve your body and your joints for decades. If you can't get out of the car or bend down to pick up an object without discomfort, your functional strength and mobility needs attention.
 
I will strengthen your body for functional strength. We will train with intensive weight lifting for hypertrophy, calisthenics and plyometrics for mobility and power, and deep static and PNF stretching to lengthen your muscles and tendons to increase your range of motion and prevent injury.
