Since 2010

Why are you an instructor/what inspired you to work in the fitness industry?
Spending all of my youth and a good part of my adult life struggling with body image, I went into teaching fitness as a way to try to change or conform to societies idea of what I should look like. Upon A-LOT more education I remain a fitness/yoga professional because people need to see that it is Strength and Confidence that are beautiful. Not a number on a scale. 

What is something you get wrong almost every time you do it? 
I am an atroshish, horific, horrabel, really bad speller.
