My passion for fitness of any level and variety is rooted in the mental benefits.
I love helping people boost confidence in not only their fitness and gym abilities, but in themselves.
Whether you want to enhance your performance, are just starting with fitness, or are somewhere in-between, I focus on movement with mental intention while being able to enjoy pushing ourselves.
My background in the gym, playing high level hockey and rugby, and instructing reformer Pilates, has given me a variety of skills to help you reach your fitness goals and be confident in doing so.
