I’m a certified personal trainer originally from Toronto, now living and training clients in Saskatoon. Fitness has been a lifelong passion of mine—what started as a personal journey over 12 years ago has grown into a mission to help others feel strong, empowered, and confident in their own bodies.

I specialize in weight loss, strength and conditioning, and nutrition coaching, with a balanced, realistic approach tailored to your lifestyle. Whether you’re brand new to the gym or ready to push to the next level, I offer guidance rooted in experience, science, and genuine care for your results.
