I have a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology with an Exercise & Sport Studies Major, certified through the Canadian Society for Exercise Physiology (CSEP) and have my First Aid/CPR level C.
I live a healthy and active lifestyle through sport and exercise. Specializing in hockey, I have experience with injuries and nutrition. Whether it be working out in a gym setting, playing hockey at the rink, or biking by the river on a Saturday afternoon, I love to stay active.
