Meet Our Trainers

Fatimah

What matters most to me is this: help you make progress, feel good, and have a little fun along the way...

I believe fitness should be something you look forward to, and that enjoying your training makes it a lot easier to stay consistent. You can have the “perfect” program on paper, but if you hate doing it, you’re probably not going to stick with it. I want training to feel challenging, effective, and enjoyable enough that you want to keep showing up.

I’ve had the chance to work with people at very different stages of their fitness journey, from coaching young athletes in track and field and soccer, to supporting U Sports athletes as a student trainer, to working with adults with different fitness levels. These experiences have helped me learn how to adapt training to different goals, abilities, personalities, and comfort levels.

If you’re brand new to the gym, I want to help you feel comfortable, confident, and excited to get started! If you’re already active and want to get stronger, move better, or improve your performance, let’s take it to the next level!
