I wasn’t always fit. During COVID, I lost over 100 pounds, and that journey is what led me to coaching. I know firsthand what it’s like to start from zero, rebuild habits, and stay consistent when motivation fades.
I have 7+ years of boxing experience, along with real athletic training experience From MMA
in Europe, which shaped my disciplined, performance-focused approach to fitness. My background includes a medical degree, allowing me to coach with a strong understanding of biomechanics, recovery, and safe progression—not shortcuts.
I believe consistency, intelligent training, and resilience are what create lasting results—inside and outside the gym.
