Why are you an instructor/what inspired you to work in the fitness industry?
I found my way to yoga in a desperate quest for pain control... didn't have enough money for chiro all the time, and tried yoga because "why not?" One thing led to another, had enough people I respected make enough loving suggestions and here I am trying to pay it forward.
What is something you get wrong almost every time you do it?
Math. always the math. Thank the Lord for Siri who always knows what the answers are! 😆
