My passion for exercise and sports began at a young age and continues to shape my life today. I played volleyball in high school and still enjoy playing softball and curling today. I firmly believe in the concept of being fit for life and that anyone can start their fitness journey at any time.
Whether your goal is to gain muscle, lose weight, or improve overall wellness, I’m here to help you achieve it. I also recognize the connection between physical activity and mental health, and I am committed to helping individuals also improve their mental wellness through fitness. My aim is to support individuals in developing health and wellness habits that last a lifetime. I look forward to working with those eager to enhance their performance, health, and well-being!
