Why are you an instructor/what inspired you to work in the fitness industry?
I have found the balance of the intensity of ride coupled with the full body strength and flexibility experience of Centergy exactly what the body needs. My quote inspires me to get up off the couch and live the best life I can and one of the ways of doing that is being physically active, Sharing your time with others, being a little bit crazy and having a whole lot of fun.
What is something you get wrong almost every time you do it?
Spelling word “availability” I get it wrong every time I had to spellcheck this lol
