My name is Mandeep Singh, and I'm a certified personal trainer with a passion for empowering individuals to achieve their fitness goals.
My journey to becoming a personal trainer has been nothing short of extraordinary. As the sports captain at Delhi University, I was a dedicated cricketer with dreams of playing professionally. However, a knee injury in 2014 abruptly ended my cricketing aspirations. Determined to regain my strength and mobility, I turned to the gym. I quickly realized the importance of proper form, body mechanics, and expert guidance. My own journey has taught me the importance of perseverance, resilience, and the transformative power of fitness.
As a personal trainer, I believe that fitness should be enjoyable and accessible to everyone. Whether you're looking to improve athletic performance, build muscle, lose weight, or simply live a healthier lifestyle, I'll create a customized plan that fits your needs and goals.
