Hi, my name is Matthew. I used to spend hours playing video games, leading a sedentary lifestyle, and hating exercise. Initially pursuing psychology, I discovered calisthenics, which transformed my life and drove me to become a personal trainer.
Studying with the International Sports Sciences Association (ISSA), I specialize in calisthenics, focusing on bodyweight training to enhance strength, flexibility, and overall fitness. My approach is effective, sustainable, and personalized to each client's needs.
