In our workouts we will focus on core, strength training, high intensity exercises, body weight training, stability training, balance training, body awareness and body toning. 

I am 44 years old. I have been a Personal Trainer at Motion Fitness since 2015. I am a mother of 3, had my first baby at 28 and my last at 41. With proper nutrition and a proper exercise plan I am back at the size I was in my 20’s

My goal as your trainer will be to make you feel better, more energized, more confident and stronger. I will help you to invest in your future by staying healthy and fit.
