3 years, but have been practicing it for over 30 years
Why are you an instructor/what inspired you to work in the fitness industry?
I became an instructor because I love meeting people, teaching, and being active! Teaching yoga is a perfect fit!
Who is your greatest influence and why?
My mother was my greatest influence; she told me that the word “can’t” is not in the dictionary
